Once your guest has completed the Arrival app to check-in, data transmission (if the iPad is connected to the Internet) usually takes a couple of seconds to appear on the Admin Dashboard.
The Wherewolf Dashboard auto refreshes every 30 seconds when the system is connected to the Internet.
Not seeing your data? You can get access to these new check-in records a bit faster by refreshing the page in your web browser.
Slow or limited internet connectivity can slow the process down.
